In our work together, we use my trauma-informed and holistic approach to identify where and why your survival modes developed, highlighting any experiences that may have shaped you in the past. Next, we take an inventory of how these same survival modes and defense mechanisms are keeping you stuck, as we begin the work to create safety within yourself before implementing change.
As a result of this work, you will feel safe to release the survival modes and embody a more empowered version of yourself, allowing you to become a conscious creator of your life, work and relationships.

A holistic approach doesn’t treat symptoms, and instead, looks to identify the root cause.

Working from this lens, it allows us to see behaviors as survival modes. In context of one’s life and experiences, most people’s behavior makes sense, which is why we take into account your past and assess for traumatic events that may have shaped you and the lens that you see yourself, others and the world through.

It allows you to shed one way of being and to step into a new life cycle as a new and improved version of yourself. This looks different for everyone, and is why results are not guaranteed, as we all have different starting points. As you reach a new internal state of safety within yourself through our work together, you will begin to make new choices from this space that align you with a new life cycle. Many of my clients who commit to this work never could have imagined where it led them.
